A place to come home to yourself.
The treehouse is a symbol of something many of us remember.
A place where we felt curious.
Where imagination came easily.
Where we could simply be.
As adults, life often asks us to leave that place behind.
This work is an invitation to return – not to childhood itself, but to the authentic presence that has always lived beneath our stories, our striving, and our protective layers.
If you're feeling disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by the pace of life, or simply longing for a deeper sense of ease and presence, these sessions offer a gentle way to reconnect with your body and your experience.
Realising wholeness
Through the embodied meditation practice of Judith Blackstone's Realization Process®, I offer gentle one-to-one sessions that support a deeper experience of groundedness, wholeness, and connection.
People I work with:
People come to this practice for many different reasons. Some are navigating stress, burnout or life transitions. Others are interested in meditation, embodiment or spiritual development.
Many are living with the effects of attachment wounds, traumatic experiences, or chronic nervous system stress, and are looking for a gentle, trauma-informed approach that honours their own pace.
I also work with people whose professions involve caring for others—including teachers, health professionals, humanitarian workers and carers—who are looking for a place to reconnect with themselves. Sessions are offered online internationally and in person in Austinmer.
